Variable, but mostly good. In order (the links go to the trailers on YouTube):

Bender's Big Score : Fun, but really really complicated. If there's a time travel trope, this one has it. It's also really full of continuity jokes, so some people find it a lot funnier than others.

Beast with a billion backs: Weakest of the four, some good jokes in it but the plot didn't really do anything for me.

Bender's Game: I liked it, but as it's mostly an extended parody of Dungeons and Dragons and high fantasy novels your mileage may vary.

The Wild Green Yonder: Easily the best of the four, mainly because it's closest to the pacing and style of the tv series. It has one of my all time favourite 'overly long gag' moments as well.

I have the first two on DVD if you want to borrow them (the latter two I have on blu-ray, which shows you when I bought my PS3, heh)

That's only half of them, the sequence in the film itself goes on for about 3 minutes :)
